I particularly like the blog on the new OPI neon colours from May 19, 2014. OPI has come out with some great neons and a white base coat for underneath so that the colours are bright and full!
What do you think? What's your fave neon?? I like the peachy colour that looks like the old favorite "My Chihuahua Bites"!
