Does the brush matter??

When OPI changed their brush to the larger pro size in 2006, all of my esthetician friends and colleagues were complaining because it was different and hard to get used to. Eventually we did get used to it and I actually prefer it now over the thinner width of brush in the polish bottle. I came across is blog today and thought I would share. What do you think? Do you have a favorite??

Lavender smokey eye!

Since I have hazel eyes and purple makes my eyes pop, my personal favorite colours for eyeshadow are shades of plum, heather and lanvender. Lisa Eldridge did a lavender smokey eye on Sophie Dahl and made a tutorial for all of us to learn from. Check it out. Beautiful. :)

The Tarte collection for fall would really compliment the nail colours we saw in our last blog! Very sandy and some almost nude colours really compliment any persons skin!
